6 Easy Steps for a freezer full of delicious dinners.
Consider us your second kitchen and make yourself at home! We help you with those days you just don’t have the time to cook. We’ve always got something savory, healthy and unexpected for you to serve.
- Step 1: Register
- Stop in, or go to the web site to make an appointment to assemble up to fifteen meals in about two hours. You can use the online calendar, give us a call or just pop in. Consider signing up with a friend or a group to make it a social event. It’s a great date night for couples!
- Step 2: Choose and Make Room
- Choose the entrees you would like to make from our monthly menu – this is the hard part! All menu options serve 4-6 people. Before your appointment you will want to CLEAN OUT YOUR FREEZER. Get rid of those mystery items and make some room.
- Step 3: Arrive and Assemble
- When you arrive you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will give you a list of your selected menu items, an apron, headscarf, and a brief orientation. Then you will prepare each of your meals at a readied station by following the easy to understand recipe and placing ingredients in a plastic bag or aluminum tin. All the ingredients will be in containers already sliced, diced, grated and chopped as the recipe calls for. Don’t hesitate to ask questions! We’re here to make this the easiest two hours you’ve ever spent in a kitchen. We are always happy to get you anything you need. We'll even clean up after you!
- Step 4: Customize
- Adjust ingredients to suit the needs and tastes of your family. If you like cheese - add more; not such a garlic fan - don’t use any; cooking for two - divide the recipes for two meals. When finished, affix cooking instruction sticker for your meal to the outside of the container, put the completed dish on your designated freezer shelf and proceed to your next recipe station.
- Step 5: Enjoy!
- Take your meals home and store them in your freezer to pull out as you need. You can also put some in your refrigerator for dinner that night or the next day. Once a week pull out as many meals as you will need for that week and place them in your refrigerator to thaw. When ready, follow the cooking instructions and enjoy a great dinner with your family.
- Step 6: Repeat
- Repeat monthly or as needed.
