What is Heart Healthy
Our Heart Healthy menu items meet the American Heart Associations criteria for Total Fat grams and fat as a percentage of calories, saturated fat grams, cholesterol grams and sodium milligrams.

It's simple – All you do is Sign up for the Month your group would like to participate. Send out an email to your organizations members and let them know about our services. Each member can decide for themselves if they would like to participate. Then you have your choice of either:
5% Cash Back. (We will verify all registrations and write a check to your organization within 30 days after the fundraiser.)
OR 7% Back in Gourmet in a Day Gift Certificates. (This is great to use for your silent auctions.)

Running behind and need a quick, healthy dinner? Each day we will have a couple menu items that have not been frozen and are ready for you to cook. Stop by and pick one up for just $27.25. Or call ahead and if we have it avialable you may choose what you would like from the current menu.

Just come into the store and order any meal package at full price before your delivery and get three months of free assembly after delivery.
